A sparkling cuvée made from ripe Welschriesling and noble Riesling. The wine displays yellow-green color tones. On the nose, you will find citrus aromas with subtle hints of peach and apple. On the palate, it shows refined acidity and a medium-long finish.
Recommended pairings: vegetables, poultry dishes, pasta, fish, and cheeses
