“Wine is a matter close to my heart, and growing it fulfills me. When I care for our harvest with my own hands to achieve the highest quality wines, I am grateful to spend the whole day in nature, drawing energy for my daily life. We strive to produce wine the way quality wine has been made for centuries, without chemical additives. This work has captivated me so much that I personally go to the vineyard and enjoy taking care of it. It is a passion I have gladly surrendered to; working in the winery is exciting and fun.”

“When I stand in our vineyards, especially on Steinberg, they give me strength and energy. It motivates me, as a winemaker, to create something sincere and lasting from this beautiful nature and tranquility. I produce only wines that I myself enjoy. At the same time, what is most important to me is to clearly and distinctly capture the specific location and terroir of each vineyard. Although harmony is my credo, wines can and should also be challenging, containing a certain tension.”

Whether it is wine or music, the goal is always to evoke emotions that reach under the skin and stay deeply in memory.”

Adriana Král-Susz is the wife of Pavol Král and organizes wine tastings at the Kral Steffanus family residence. She is responsible for the Polish market.
