Wine from this rare variety comes to you in the form of an exclusive selection dried and sweetened by noble rot. A rich amber colour, a sweet bouquet of honey, dried fruit and caramel. Its acid content gives it fantastic aging potential. It is the crown jewel of our wine range.

Recommended foods: Foie gras, chocolate souffle, cheeses with blue or green mould.
